As I’m heading to Mississippi tomorrow I decided to take mom out to lunch today and celebrate Mother’s Day a little early. If you ever make it to the booming metropolis of Intercourse, Pennsylvania, be sure to check out Ye Olde English Shoppe. We went there last year and methinks this will become a yearly tradition! Great food, fabulous atmosphere, and it’s always good to see mom. :)

Couldn’t stay long because I needed to get home and pack, cook, clean, do wash, and tie up lots of loose ends. It’s 10:30 and I think I’m ready to go. No doubt I will forget something, but hopefully not something important! I’ve got the alarm set for 4 a.m. Hope I don’t sleep through it! If the team leader has a laptop (and allows me to use it) I’ll post some pics of what we’re doing down there. If not, see you on the rebound!
